CuffPal
Last updated 6 August 2026
Take your reading on your own cuff, then open CuffPal and enter the systolic and diastolic numbers and, if your cuff shows it, your pulse. CuffPal saves it to your on-device history immediately — there is no sync delay because there is nothing to sync to except your own device.
CuffPal never measures blood pressure itself. There is no camera scan, no "measure now" button, and no way to get a reading except from a real cuff. If an app claims to measure your blood pressure with just your phone, that claim is not physiologically possible — and it is not what CuffPal does.
Grant Health permission when CuffPal asks, or later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → CuffPal. Once granted, readings you log in CuffPal appear in Health, and blood pressure or pulse data already in Health can appear in CuffPal. This works in both directions and costs nothing — Health sync is free in every version of the app.
Your history is yours. Exporting your log — to hand to a doctor or just to keep — is free and is never behind a paywall, in this version or any future one.
Tap Restore Purchases on the CuffPal Pro screen. Restores are tied to the Apple ID that bought the subscription, so make sure you are signed in to the same one. If nothing is found, check Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device to confirm the subscription is active.
CuffPal Pro is billed by Apple, and only Apple can change or cancel it: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → CuffPal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in Settings first if you want the billing to stop.
Logging readings, Apple Health sync, and exporting your data are free forever and are never restricted to a paid tier. If your version of CuffPal ever seems to block one of these behind a paywall, that is a bug — please report it, not a feature.
Yes. Logging, viewing your history, and Health sync all happen on-device and need no connection. A connection is only used to start or restore a subscription through Apple.
